My mother's entire home flooded, including the garage, due to a busted hose in the washing machine. Thanks to my father-in-law, he suggested we check the local newspaper's website and look for a company that handles water disasters. ServPro was referred to me by Milliken Construction (they come in after the water disaster company does their work). I was told that ServPro is the BEST in town. I called Josh who immediately coordinated his schedule with my arriving flight (long trip from the East Coast). Within less than a half hour from his initial inspection, a crew came to handle the situation. They were kind, caring, and went immediately to work. In a few hours, they transformed the place by removing all the soaked carpets, picked up the damaged items, and have been so helpful since then. Their compassion in understanding how traumatic this was to our family is heartfelt; even the owner came to our home.
