Someone always answers the phone
I started doing business with AAA because someone always answers the phone no matter what time you call. Also, there is no "trip fee", they give you an estimate when they see the problem. I know that's true because I even told them once I wanted them to come out to see if the water gushing out of my yard was on the water co.'s side of the meter and they said they'd come and look and there'd be no charge if it was because then the water co. has to make repairs! They are prompt and even empathetic to those emergency calls. I have recommended to neighbors and even our HOA.
