I called Josh who immediately coordinated his schedule with my arriving flight (long trip from the East Coast). Within less than a half hour from his initial inspection, a crew came to handle the situation. They were kind, caring, and went immediately to work. In a few hours, they transformed the place by removing all the soaked carpets, picked up the damaged items, and have been so helpful since then.
